The project is a joint ownership of 10 villas built on 5ha (59800 square yard) and at 13 kilometers (14216.8 yard) from the center of Marrakech on the way of the Ourika toward the Atlas mount area.
There are 10 privative batches.
Nowadays the villas are completed and the promotion too, this in a surrounding gradually adapted during its realisation.
The read beach is at 2 kilometers (2187.2 yard), the field borders the quite new golf "Atlas Gardens".

The localisation is ideal as starting point for excursions in the Atlas mountains, equestrian or quad excursions while being at 10 min away from the center of the Medina.
